Mexa is a reporting and analytics tool created by Noor Digital to help businesses understand and improve their Meta advertising performance.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Mexa may access, how the information is used, how it is protected, and how users or businesses can request deletion of their data.
1. Information We Access
When a user or business connects Meta advertising data to Mexa, we may access advertising-related information from Meta, depending on the permissions granted by the user, business, or Meta Business account.
This may include:
- Meta ad account information
- Campaign, ad set and ad names
- Campaign, ad set and ad IDs
- Spend, impressions, clicks, reach and frequency
- Conversion and performance metrics
- Ad creative information, such as ad text, image references, thumbnails or preview data, if available through the Meta API
- Business and account information needed to connect the correct advertising accounts and display reports
Mexa does not request access to personal Facebook profile content, private messages, friends lists, or non-advertising personal content.
2. How We Use the Information
The information accessed through Meta is used only to provide advertising reporting, performance analysis, dashboards, insights and optimization recommendations for the connected business.
We use the data to:
- Display Meta Ads performance in Mexa dashboards
- Analyze campaign, ad set and ad performance
- Compare results over time
- Help users understand what is working and what can be improved
- Create internal and customer-facing reports for the connected business
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell Meta user data or advertising data.
Data may be shared only with authorized users within Noor Digital or with the business that owns, manages, or has granted access to the relevant Meta advertising account.
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, database management or application infrastructure. These providers are only used to operate, secure and improve Mexa.
4. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data used in Mexa from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Access to Mexa data is limited to authorized users who need the information to provide reporting, support, analysis or technical maintenance.
5. Data Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed to provide Mexa reporting and analytics services, comply with legal requirements, resolve issues, maintain security, or keep necessary business records.
If a customer stops using Mexa or requests deletion, we will delete or anonymize the relevant data unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
6. Data Deletion Instructions
Users and businesses can request deletion of their Mexa data at any time.

- A clear request that you want your Mexa data deleted
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the relevant data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are legally required to retain it.
7. Meta Platform Data
Mexa uses Meta Platform data only in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and applicable developer policies.
Meta advertising data accessed through Mexa is used only for the purpose of providing advertising reporting, analytics and related business services to the connected advertiser.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data.
